Automotive Dent Centre collects the contact, vehicle and damage information you provide so our team can assess your enquiry, contact you using your preferred method and arrange the appropriate next step.

Photos and vehicle information

Submitted photos and vehicle details are stored with the relevant assessment record and are available only to authorised systems and team members involved in handling the enquiry.

How information is used

Information is used for service enquiries, assessments, quotes, appointments and related customer support. Operational messages are separate from marketing consent.

Service providers

Automotive Dent Centre uses secure service providers for customer relationship management, managed hosting, email, messaging, accounting and appointment administration. Information is disclosed only as needed to operate those services.

Retention and deletion

Assessment records and photos are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to assess the enquiry, provide the requested service, maintain required business records and resolve support issues. You may ask our team to delete information that is no longer required, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.

Workshop privacy

The workshop is on private property. Its exact address and arrival instructions are provided only when a visit is confirmed.
